Order Processing, Delivery & Policies

ORDER PROCESSING – ST PATRICK'S DAY 2026

Sunday, February 22 @ 11:59pm

Completion window:
March 9–12

DELIVERY

1. Pick Up at Wicked Smart Offices (Free)

  • You'll receive an email notification (to the address provided at checkout) when your order is ready.
  • Orders must be picked up within 6 months (180 days) of notification.
  • Orders not picked up within this time will be considered abandoned and donated to a charity of our choice. No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.

2. USPS Delivery (Shipping Fees Apply)

  • The shipping method you choose applies after your order is produced.
  • Expedited shipping affects only delivery time, not production time.
  • For questions, please contact our office.

ORDERS

  • Express payment methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) will automatically select “Pick Up at Wicked Smart" as your delivery method.
  • All sales are final — items are custom-made per order.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for decorated garments.
  • Orders canceled during production are subject to a restocking fee.

BACKORDER POLICY

  • Wicked Smart is not responsible for backordered items that miss the expected delivery date.
  • We will fulfill backorders as soon as items arrive for decoration.
  • Stock levels may change between the store opening and closing dates. We will keep you updated on any delays.

Please use vendor size guides provided with all items.
